JOSKO SESTAN
Founding Director
Josko Sestan is the Director of Radicall Limited t/a 1ST in IT. Having owned a number of businesses both here and in Australia. Radicall is a culmination of those experiences which included establishing a Business Service company in Australia, being a Business Consultant delivering Process Management Solutions. Gaining skills in the disciplines of software programming, installing client/server software, affecting business change management, training end users, providing project management and delivering complex solutions on time and within budget for some very prominent and demanding clients.
Josko grew up in Auckland, New Zealand. He graduated from Massey University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration to formalise his business experience.
Josko combines his business understanding with his passion for helping other business owners get the best service and products and in a partnership to achieve business success.
DENNIS CURIN
Business Consultant
Dennis Curin is a qualified Management Accountant who has worked in and owned New Zealand businesses in various commercial environments over the last 20 years. These have included businesses in manufacturing, wholesaling, retail and service sectors.
Through his Consultancy Company he has worked with and advised many business owners on profit improvement strategies and techniques on maximizing the saleable value of their businesses.
He fully understands the business environment and the key factors that drive potential business buyers. He is proud to bring a high quality business acumen, expert advice and professional approach to Radicall Limited.
At 1STinIT, we acknowledge that our success is dependent on attracting businesses to utilise our services and products, it is why we have made it our mission to interconnect businesses, support best solutions through our Worldwide Business Partners, and to provide a gateway to mutually inspire success in our businesses, essentially provide for a way to interconnect our success.

MISSION AND VALUES
Many businesses don’t have a Mission or Vision Statement, and many are a blend of the two. Mission being something we look for our business to do in the present state and Vision something we see our business doing in the future. Our main Mission is to uphold to our Values. Our Vision Statement while we have some idea of what it is it is best described as “work in progress” but we believe it is business with exceptional focus on the quality of our service and customer interactions.

Presently we provide a number of IT based solutions from IT Support, Network Administration, WEB Development, VoIP,Traditional to Hosted Communication Services our mission is to become our customers “single source confidant” we aim to add to our ranges of experience offerings in the variety of disciplines that touch the communications branch especially that is associated with technology and the internet, we believe our values are strong to provide a foundation from which we can build strong and significant long-term business relationships.
